Finalists will be invited to the 2012 African Diaspora Marketplace. Finalists must attend the ADM event in order to be eligible to receive grant funding. Finalists are also expected to cover travel costs (including the cost of accommodation) to and in Washington, DC. |

June 2012: African Diaspora Marketplace Event, Washington, DC |
At the ADM event, an independent jury comprised of the partners members and leading individuals in the diaspora and international business community will evaluate each proposal and conduct a face-to-face interview with each team in order to select winners. |

Neither SEAF nor USAID makes any commitment, either expressed or implied, through publication of this Request for Applications (RFA) to compensate or reimburse applicants for costs incurred in the preparation of applications.
This RFA is issued by SEAF, a U.S. non-profit organization corporation with headquarters in Washington, DC, USA, acting in its capacity under Cooperative Agreement No. AID-OAA-A-11-00030 to administer a grants management program for the USAID pursuant to the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. As this grants program is administered by SEAF, all inquiries should be directed to SEAF and not to USAID or Western Union. Any attachments to this RFA that reference USAID or Western Union should be read as though SEAF were substituted.
